Celebrate Recovery (CR)
Freedom from Hurts, Habits, and Hangups
Life can be heavy. Pain sticks around. Habits form. And sometimes what we’re carrying feels bigger than what we can handle alone.
Celebrate Recovery is a safe place to find healing, hope, and support. Whether you’re battling addiction, anger, anxiety, depression, codependency, past trauma, pornography, grief, control, or any other struggle, you are not alone, and you don’t have to stay stuck.
CR is for anyone looking for freedom from hurts, hangups, and habits through the healing power of Jesus Christ in a supportive community.
A Community-Wide Effort
Celebrate Recovery in Hillsdale County is a cooperative effort led by people from multiple churches across our community. While the weekly gatherings are hosted at the Free Methodist Church, this ministry is supported and led by a growing team of volunteers from many different churches and backgrounds.
This isn’t about one church.
It’s about people finding healing and taking the next step forward.

What to Expect on Monday Nights
We keep things simple, welcoming, and structured.
First Monday of the Month, 5:30 PM – Dinner (Free Meal + Connection)
We start with a meal together because healing happens best when people feel welcomed, known, and safe.
6:30 PM – Worship + Teaching
After dinner, we transition into worship and a short CR-centered message focused on real-life transformation and hope.
Groups
Following worship, we break into smaller groups where people can share and receive support in a respectful and confidential environment.
